Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.)
The Ph.D. program requires a minimum of 72 credit hours of course work, including a minimum of 15 dissertation hours. The core consists of five required courses (15 credit hours) which provide an interdisciplinary framework for all students. The remaining 42 credit hours may consist of additional elective courses and research hours. Students are also expected to produce refereed publications as part of their doctoral studies. At least 27 hours of the total program must consist of formal course work, exclusive of independent study.

Master's Degree (M.S.)
The master’s program has both a thesis and non-thesis option and requires a minimum of 30 credit hours beyond the bachelor's degree. Both options require 9 credit hours of required core courses. Students in the thesis option must take 15 credit hours of electives and 6 thesis credit hours, while students in the non-thesis option must take 21 credit hours of electives. The elective courses are contingent with the focus area(s) chosen.

Graduate Certificate - Modeling and Simulation of Behavioral Cybersecurity
The Graduate Certificate in Modeling and Simulation of Behavioral Cybersecurity welcomed its first cohort in Fall 2015. This is a 13-credit hour program that provides students with specialized training and knowledge in modeling and simulation fundamentals, techniques, and its application towards the behavioral aspects of cybersecurity and cyber operations.
